Amir Carter is an Atlanta native who built his craft from the ground up, working professional kitchens from a young age and developing a discipline most chefs take years longer to find. That early foundation became The Carter’s Table, his private chef business rooted in bespoke fine dining, precision, and discretion.
To refine that foundation, Amir trained in Spain, completing a culinary stage at a three Michelin star kitchen under the Torres brothers, and studying under Chef Jordi Cruz. That time abroad sharpened his technique, his sourcing standards, and his understanding of what true Michelin level execution demands.
Today Amir brings that full range, Atlanta roots and Spanish culinary training, to every table he serves. From intimate dinners to high profile clientele including professional athletes, the standard never changes.
